Here at Good Shepherd Christian Academy, we have a staff of trained caregivers and supportive mentors that are committed to providing our students many opportunities, both inside and outside of the classroom, for quality learning, continual growth, leadership opportunities, and achievements at a high level of excellence.

Our Story
Caring for children is a very important job, and it is both challenging and rewarding. Formally Gail's Academy, we have been caring for, and educating children since 1989. We have grown and expanded in a higher learning capability.
Meet the Team
Ontara Nickerson and Tabitha Jackson head up the school as Director and Assistant Director.
Both ladies advocate for the Early Childhood Profession.

Director
Our director has been with the Good Shepherd Family for over 5 years. Our director has 13 years of early childhood experience and earned her CDA in Preschool studies. Ontara is a hardworker who values, her family, her staff and the kiddos we serve.
Ontara take great pride in knowing that Good Shepherd provides affordable, reliable and quality childcare.
Tabitha Jackson
Assistant Director
Our Assistant Director has been with Good Shepherd 3 years. Tabitha has been in the childcare industry for 23 years. Tabitha shared that working in early childcare has given her the opportunity to engage with various groups of students from diverse backgrounds.
Tabitha believes a good teacher not only knows the way but shows the way.
